     3. Why are you applying as a candidate as a community manager for Redux-Roleplay? (100 words): I love to help Communities in the biggest way possible. So like being a high member of staff to make people happy and help the Founders make decisions of other staff. I also like to manage things for people and make powerful decisions that could improve the server/community to make people happy with me. I like managing other lower staff members stopping them and being a senior member of the staff. All the higher staff members e.g. Ryan and Skye need help with suggestions and staff management. They are amazing and they try as hard as they can but they can't do it on their own

     4. Why should we choose you over the other candidates? (100 words): I have experience with high staff management and owning my own server on my own and know how hard it is all I don't think I will be the best person but everyone deserves a chance to get what they want and to try to reach their goals. I can help and organize things for Ryan and Skye with all the time that I have that I can use and as fast as possible. I can make events for people to play in and get involved using everyone in the server giving everyone a chance to get involved with the server events

In a detailed paragraph, tell us about yourself: I am I very kind person that loves to roleplay and play with friends and make them and try befriending people as many as I can to make me a very well known name in the server. To keep me as kind as possible. I have known Ryan and Skye for a while now so I love to play with them on the server and making things with them. I love looking at the suggestions and giving them to the founders and adding stuff to them if I can think of anything to add.

     6. What are a few abilities and skill-sets that you have? (e.g. lua, linux, etc...): I know some HTML and CSS for making websites and simple Portals

     7. How many hours a week (estimated) are you able to contribute to the community: 6-13 hours maybe more
