I am always looking at chat and also responding to calls very quickly, The server currently has quite a small amount of players and needs some more staff members to be SOD in which I can do a lot, I already know the rules and how to handle sits from previously being trial staff. I'd also like to say that I do not see myself as being bias and have absolutely no problem with muting, banning and reporting my own gang members/my friends as once again, no one should be breaking the rules. I'd also say that I am close with most of the staff members and have got to know them pretty well so I won't have to worry about that. I also barely talk trash and act in a "cancerous" way towards members of the community whether they simply be players or staff members, A staff position means more to me than the tag and reputation you get. It's a responsibility, a duty that must be fulfilled to keep the community safe of DDoS, cheaters, and general troublemakers. Having the position is both a chore and a learning opportunity to me. Being a staff member can be very difficult at times, whether it being conflicts with colleagues or simply a mistaken ban. Learning how to deal with these situations will prepare me for real life duties. As I grow to be the best staff member I can be, I can encourage others to do their best as well. Another big reason why I would like to be staff is to get closer to the community.
